摘要
目的通过研究探讨双黄连口服液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效及对血清炎症因子的影响,为该疾病的临床治疗提供可靠依据。方法回顾性分析河西学院附属张掖人民医院从2019年1月至2020年10月收治的小儿疱疹性咽峡炎患儿300例,根据患者实际治疗选用的方法情况将其分成对照组和观察组,每组各150例。对照组患儿使用利巴韦林喷雾吸入的方法进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用双黄连口服液进行治疗,观察两组患儿的治疗效果以及炎性因子肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素6(IL-6)、白介素10(IL-10)水平的情况。结果观察组患儿流涎消失时间、体温恢复至正常时间、疱疹溃疡消失时间、总病程时间均低于对照组患儿上述症状消失时间,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿炎症因子TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10水平均较治疗前有所下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组患儿的TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双黄连口服液联合利巴韦林喷雾可以显著地改善小儿疱疹性咽峡炎患儿的治疗效果,改善患儿体内各炎症因子水平,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid on children's herpetic angina and its influence on serum inflammatory factors,so as to provide reliable basis for the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods A total of 300 children with herpetic angina admitted to Zhangye People's Hospital Affiliated to Hexi University from January 2019 to October 2020 were analyzed retrospectively,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the actual treatment methods,with 150 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ribavirin by spray inhalation,while the observation group was treated with Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect and the levels of inflammatory factors such as tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin 6(IL-6)and Interleukin 10(IL-10)of two groups were observed.Results The disappearance time of salivation,the recovery time of body temperature,the disappearance time of herpes and ulcer,and the total course time of disease in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,and the disappearance time of symptoms between the two groups was significantly different,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The levels of inflammatory factors TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10 in children of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10 in the observation group were significantly lower from those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid combined with ribavirin spray can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of children with herpetic angina and improve the levels of inflammatory factors in children,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
