摘要
银翘散是临床中常用方剂之一,是温病外感基础方,目前主要用于治疗呼吸系统疾病、咽喉炎症、化脓性扁桃体炎等一系列感染于病毒性的疾病。临床上也证实该方有明显的药理效用,可以清热止痛、消炎、预防过敏、抗细菌和病毒等。且应用途径广泛,在中医辨证论治的基础上只要灵活进行加减化裁,就可以其对应攻克日常所见多种疑难杂症。
Yinqiao Powder is one of the commonly used prescriptions in clinic,and is the basic prescription for epidemic febrile diseases.At present,it is mainly used to treat respiratory diseases,laryngopharyngeal inflammation,suppurative tonsillitis,and a series of viral diseases.Clinically,it has obvious pharmacological effects,such as clearing away heat,relieving pain,reducing inflammation,preventing allergies,and resisting bacteria and viruses.It has a wide range of application ways.On the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,as long as it is flexible to add,subtract and tailor,it can cope with a variety of difficult and complicated diseases seen in daily life.
