摘要
目的探讨在加速康复外科护理的基础上辅以术前运动训练对结直肠癌患者术后早期康复的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月间辽宁省健康产业集团本钢总医院收治的300例结直肠癌患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组150例。观察组与对照组患者均采用术后加速康复外科护理,观察组在上述治疗基础上接受1周的术前运动训练,比较两组患者的临床康复指标、术后并发症及血清相关指标。结果观察组的各项临床康复指标的恢复时间均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。观察组患者手术后的一系列并发症的总发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。手术后7d时,观察组患者血清中白蛋白(ALB)、血红蛋白(Hb)和转铁蛋白(TF)的水平均高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。结论基于术前运动训练的加速康复外科护理对于结直肠癌患者手术后的早期康复具有较好的促进作用,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery combined with preoperative exercise training on early postoperative rehabilitation in patients with colorectal cancer. Methods A total of 300 patients with colorectal cancer who received surgical treatment at Bensteel General Hospital,Liaoning Health Industry Group were selected from January 2018 to December 2020. They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 150 patients in each group. Patients in the observation group and the control group received nursing based on enhanced recovery after surgery. Moreover,the observation group received preoperative exercise training for 1 week. Clinical recovery indicators,postoperative indexes and serum biochemical indicators were compared between the two groups. Results The time to recovery of all clinical rehabilitation indexes was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group( all P < 0. 05). The overall incidence of a series of postoperative complications was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group( all P < 0. 05). At the same time,the levels of serum albumin( ALB),hemoglobin( Hb) and transferrin( TF) were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group at 7 d after operation( all P < 0. 05). Conclusion The enhanced recovery after surgery based on preoperative exercise training plays a significant role in promoting the early recovery after the surgery for colorectal cancer and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
