摘要
目的:以接受全麻腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的患者为研究对象,分析在麻醉管理中应用快速康复外科护理理念的效果。方法:将全麻腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者90例分成干预组(n=45)及参考组(n=45),为参考组实施常规麻醉管理,为干预组实施快速康复外科护理。结果:干预组患者术后苏醒时间、拔管时间以及术后首次排气时间、首次排便时间均明显短于参考组,P<0.05。结论:全麻腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的患者麻醉管理过程中应用快速康复外科理念有助于加快其术后康复。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the effect of applying the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in the management of anesthesia for patients who underwent laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer under general anesthesia.METHODS Ninety patients undergoing laparoscopic radical colorectal cancer under general anesthesia were divided into intervention group(n=45)and reference group(n=45),routine anesthesia management was performed for the reference group,and rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing was performed for the intervention group.RESULTS Patients in the intervention group had significantly shorter awake time,extubation time,postoperative first exhaust time,and first defecation time than those in the reference group,P<0.05.CONCLUSION The application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery during anesthesia management of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical colorectal cancer under general anesthesia can help to accelerate their postoperative recovery.
