摘要
目前,装配式半盖挖法已在国内一些城市地铁车站的施工中被广泛运用,具有良好的工程前景。然而在传统装配式半盖挖法施工过程中,常会遇到土方机械开挖坡度与空间尺寸不足,临时立柱定位不便,材料浪费等工程难题。因此,以沈阳地铁9号线某车站为背景,基于BIM技术建立了装配式半盖挖法施工的信息化建筑模型与施工体系。研究结果表明,在装配式半盖挖法施工中,BIM技术优化了土方开挖施工部署,提高了工效;同时,研发了基于BIM技术的临时立柱定位器,其在可操作性和经济性上具有显著优势,对推动信息化施工技术的运用和发展具有积极的意义。
Being widely applied to subway construction in some cities,assembled semi-covered excavation method has good engineering prospect.However,in the construction process of traditional assembled semi-covered excavation method,there’re some problems such as,the excavation slope and space size of mechanical earthwork are often insufficient,the positioning of temporary steel column is inconvenient and the material is wasted.Taking Shenyang Metro Line 9 as an example,BIM and construction system of assembled semi-covered construction were established.The results show that BIM Technology optimizes the construction deployment of earthwork excavation and improves the work efficiency.At the same time,the positioner of temporary column based on BIM is developed,which has significant advantages in operability and economy,and it has positive significance for promoting the application and development of information construction technology.
