摘要
目的分析续骨活血汤联合耳穴埋豆对闭合性骨折患者骨折康复情况及炎症反应的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2020年12月收治的闭合性骨折患者86例,以随机数字表法分为试验组(43例)、对照组(43例)。对照组接受手术复位及夹板固定治疗,试验组在对照组基础上采用续骨活血汤联合耳穴埋豆治疗,2组均治疗3个月。比较2组疗效、骨折康复情况、炎症反应、不良反应发生情况。结果试验组总有效率高于对照组(97.67%VS 81.40%,P<0.05)。治疗后与治疗前比较,2组PSQI、VAS、肿胀程度评分、CRP、PCT水平均降低,试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗期间均未发生肝肾功能异常、皮疹、消化道反应等不良反应。结论续骨活血汤联合耳穴埋豆可降低闭合性骨折患者炎症反应,缓解疼痛,促进骨折康复,疗效确切,安全性高。
Objective To analyze the effect of Xugu Huoxue decoction combined with auricular point pressing on fracture rehabilitation and inflammatory reaction in patients with closed fracture.Methods A total of 86 patients with closed fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into experimental group(n= 43) and control group(n= 43) by random number method.The control group was treated with surgical reduction and splint fixation,and the experimental group was treated with Xugu Huoxue decoction combined with auricular point pressing on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The curative effect,fracture rehabilitation,inflammatory reaction and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group(97.67%vs81.40%,P< 0.05).After treatment,compared with before treatment,the levels of PQI,VAS,swelling degree score,CRP and PCT in both groups were decreased,and those in experimental group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions such as abnormal liver and kidney function,rash and digestive tract reaction occurred in both groups during treatment.Conclusion Xugu Huoxue decoction combined with auricular point pressing can reduce the inflammatory response of patients with closed fracture,relieve pain,promote fracture rehabilitation,,and has definite effect and high safety.
