摘要
基于2017年流动人口动态监测数据和2015年全国1%人口抽样调查数据,从社会排斥角度研究居住隔离对农民工市民化的影响及其机制。研究发现,居住隔离显著降低了农民工市民化,居住隔离程度越高,农民工市民化程度越低,两者之间的负向关系在新生代农民工和在大型城市就业的农民工群体中更为明显。居住隔离通过影响城镇社会对农民工的社会排斥,间接影响个体城镇社会经济状况和文化适应状况,进而对农民工市民化产生抑制作用。本研究为有效解决人口半城镇化问题和推进农民工有序市民化提供重要政策借鉴。
Based on the dynamic monitoring data of the floating population in 2017 and the 1% national population sampling survey data in 2015, this paper studies the impact of residential segregation on the citizenship of migrant workers from the perspective of social exclusion theory. The results show that residential segregation reduces significantly the citizenship of migrant workers;the higher the degree of residential segregation, the lower the urbanization degree of migrant workers. The effect of residential segregation on the urbanization of migrant workers is most obvious in the new generation of migrant workers and migrant workers in large-scale cities. In mechanism, residential segregation significantly aggravates the socioeconomic situation and cultural adaptation situation of migrant workers through social exclusion, which has an inhibitory effect on the citizenship. This study provides an important policy reference for the problem of peri-urbanization of population and promoting the orderly citizenship of migrant workers.
