摘要
提升高职教师数字素养是实现高职教育数字化的关键。文章提出了高职教师数字素养构成要素,包含三个层次八个要素:“基础”层次(数字办公、数字社交、数字安全)、“专业”层次(本专业数字化)、“身份”层次(数字教师、数字技师、数字社工、数字科工)。分析了高职教师数字素养提升的必要性:助力提升高职教师工作能力、助力提升高职学生数字素养、助力发展高职院校数字教育。基于高职教师数字素养构成要素,从高职教师、高职院校两个层面研究并提出了提升高职教师数字素养的几个可操作的有效途径:提高意识、自主学习、强化应用;构建机制、营造环境、测评培训。
Improving the digital literacy of higher vocational teachers is the key to realize the digitization of higher vocational education. This paper puts forward the constituent elements of higher vocational teachers’ digital literacy, including three levels and eight elements: "basic" level(digital office, digital social networking and digital security), "professional" level(digitization of this major) and "identity" level(digital teachers, digital technicians, digital social workers and digital science workers). This paper analyzes the necessity of improving higher vocational teachers’ digital literacy: helping to improve higher vocational teachers’ working ability, helping to improve higher vocational students’ digital literacy, and helping to develop higher vocational colleges’ digital education. Based on the constituent elements of higher cocational teachers’ digital literacy, this paper studies and puts forward several operable and effective ways to improve higher vocational teachers’ digital literacy from the two levels of higher vocational teachers and higher vocational colleges: improving consciousness, autonomous learning and strengthening application;build mechanism, create environment, evaluation and training.
