本科层次职业教育类型特征与层次边界争鸣的文献分析 被引量:1

Literature Analysis on the Controversy Between Type Characteristics and Level Boundary of the Un⁃dergraduate Level Vocational Education

摘要 职业教育与普通教育类型不同、地位同等,但在发展过程中长期存在普通教育压缩饼干、职业教育断头桥等诸多现实问题。类型特色、层次贯通是伴随职业教育发展,尤其关于本科层次职业教育讨论的两个焦点话题。围绕这两个话题,主要对职业本科与应用型本科的关系,以及职业本科与职业专科的人才培养定位进行了讨论。职业本科与应用型本科的关系大致可分为,同一论、并行论、包含论三种观点;职业本科与职业专科人才培养定位的论述,主要包括层次论、类型论、完满技术论。现代职业教育体系构建是必要且有益的,但受制于教育的社会制约性,往往会遭遇现实困境。诸如,过分自尊情绪使职业教育困扰于自身的逻辑起点,职业教育无节制升格会导致其特色的丧失,局限在自身内部的教育改革无法改变其弱势地位。 Vocational education and general education have different types and equal status,but there have been many practical problems in the development process,such as general education compression biscuits and vocational education broken bridges.Type characteristics and level penetration are the two focus topics that accompany the development of vocational education,especially about the undergraduate vocational education.Around these two topics,the relationship between vocational undergraduates and applied undergraduates,as well as the talent training positioning of vocational undergraduates and vocational colleges were discussed.The relationship between vocational undergraduates and applied undergraduates can be roughly divided into three viewpoints:identity theory,inclusion theory,and parallelism.That is,vocational undergraduates and applied undergraduates are the same thing,vocational undergraduates and applied undergraduates develop in parallel,and vocational undergraduates are subordinate to Applied undergraduate.The discussion on the talent training positioning orientation about undergraduate and vocational college mainly includes the theory of levels,the the⁃ory of types,and the theory of perfect technology.The construction of a modern vocational education system is necessary and beneficial,but due to the social constraints of education,it often encounters practical difficul⁃ties.For example,excessive self-esteem makes vocational education obsessed with its own logical starting point.Uncontrolled upgrading of vocational education will lead to the loss of its characteristics.Educational re⁃forms confined within itself cannot change its weak position.
