摘要
针对当前矿井安全监控系统的现状及存在问题,提出了安全监控系统升级改进的总体方案,通过对该方案中的关键分系统的设计及实际应用,验证得出:此监控系统监控功能设计全面,运行稳定可靠,信号传输距离最长达到了2 km的传输距离,且能发生相关的声光报警提示,安全性有显著提高,具有重要的市场推广价值,对保障矿井的生产安全性具有重要意义。
In view of the current situation and existing problems of the mine safety monitoring system,the overall scheme of upgrading and improving the safety monitoring system is put forward in this paper.Through design of the key subsystem in the scheme and the practical application verification of the system,it is concluded that the monitoring function of the monitoring system is more comprehensive,the operation is more stable and reliable,and the signal transmission distance is longer,with a maximum transmission distance of 2km;and relevant audible and visual alarm prompt can occur,the safety is greatly improved.It has important market promotion value and is of great significance to ensure the production safety of the mine.
