摘要
矿井开采的通风监测是保证安全高效开采至关重要的部分,针对井下环境复杂,H2S、CO等有害气体对检测精度影响的问题,提出一种基于WiFi通信技术的矿井通风监测系统设计方案,通过对软硬件系统及原理的分析,实现了井上与井下之间数据的传输,达到了对监测数据的及时发送和回收分析的目标。系统以LabVIEW为开发平台,所开发的系统界面可清晰的直观井下通风情况的数据及检测信息处理结果,为有效避免事故的发生和安全生产提供保障。
Ventilation monitoring of mine mining is a vital part to ensure safe and efficient mining.Aiming at the complex underground environment and the influence of harmful gases such as H2S and CO on the detection accuracy,a design scheme of mine ventilation monitoring system based on WiFi communication technology is proposed in this article.By analyzing the software and hardware systems and principles,data transmission between well and downhole is realized,and the purpose of timely sending and recovering the monitoring data for analysis is also achieved.With the Labview as the development platform,it is possible to visually view the underground ventilation situation on the interface,display and process the detection data,and display the results intuitively and clearly,which can effectively avoid accidents.
