摘要
目的对COPD患者采取清金化痰汤治疗,并分析其应用效果。方法选取2018年1月—2020年1月,在我院治疗的58例急性加重期COPD患者,辨证分型为痰热壅肺证,将其分为两组。对照组29例,采取常规抗感染治疗;观察组29例,在此基础上,联合清金化痰汤治疗。结果与对照组对比,观察组患者治疗后的MUC5AC、TNF-α、IL-1β水平更低,TCMSS评分更低,FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC水平更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为96.55%,对照组为79.31%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性加重期COPD患者采取清金化痰汤治疗可获得更为理想的治疗效果,能够减轻患者气道炎症反应,改善黏液高分泌状态及肺功能,与常规西医治疗相比更具优势,具有推广价值。
Objective To treat COPD patients with Qingjin Huatang decoction,and analyze its application effect.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,58 patients with acute exacerbation COPD who were treated in our hospital were selected and classified into two groups with phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome.In the control group,29 patients received routine anti-infection treatment.Observation group of 29 cases,on this basis,combined with qingjin Huatang treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-1β,MUC5AC and TCMSS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate was 96.55%in the observation group and 79.31%in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05),After treatment,FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of ACUTE exacerbation COPD patients with qingjin Huatang can reduce airway inflammation,improve the state of mucus hypersecretion,improve the clinical efficacy,significantly better than conventional western medicine treatment,worthy of promotion.
