摘要
虽然我国新冠肺炎疫情处于常态化防控阶段,但全国仍有部分地区出现新发病例,甚至传播到周边省市,给人民群众带来了心理健康问题。而社区严重精神障碍患者由于患病等原因,心理状态更加脆弱。受疫情影响,患者到精神专科医院就诊存在困难,增加了严重精神障碍患者复发的风险,影响了地区防疫工作。因此,在常态化疫情防控背景下,根据实际经验探讨符合当地的社区严重精神障碍患者管理模式,做好社区严重精神障碍患者管理、治疗和社区管控工作,对防控新冠肺炎疫情和构建和谐社会具有重要意义。
Although COVID-19 epidemic is in the normalization of prevention and control,new cases have occurred in some parts of China,and even spreads to neighboring provinces and cities,which has brought mental health problems to the masses.The mental state of patients with severe mental disorders for patients to in the community is more fragile due to illness and other reasons.Influenced by the epidemic situation,there are difficulties for patients to go to psychiatric hospitals,which increases the risk of recurrence of patients with severe mental disorders and affects the regional epidemic prevention and control work.Therefore,in the context of the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,based on practical experience,it is suggested to explore the management mode of community mental disorders patients in line with the local community.It is important to do well in the management,treatment and community control of the patients with severe mental disorders in the community.
