摘要
分析了中国精神卫生工作的基本情况及存在的问题,介绍了澳大利亚精神卫生服务特点以及对我国精神卫生工作的借鉴。建议加快我国精神卫生立法的进程。指出发展社区精神卫生服务是精神科改革的一个方向,加大专业队伍建设,在综合性医院发展精神科,加大精神卫生知识宣传的力度。
This article analyzes the basic situation and problem of mental health in China and introduces the mental health services in Australia. The author suggests that we should make law on mental health. Community service should become a trend of mental services. General hospitals should develop special department on mental health and education on mental health should be enhanced.
