摘要
文章通过分析当前高校医学细胞生物学教学中存在的问题,提出以医学细胞生物学为教学改革试点,优化教学内容,扩展新技术实验,加大对实验平台支持,改革各考核内容占比。通过对医学细胞生物学的教学进程进行改革,构建以实践能力和科研素质为核心,以理论知识体系、实践能力体系、科研素质体系与考核评价体系为驱动的科研能力导向型人才培养模式,为强化医学生知识学习和技能训练,促进医学生实践能力和科研创新能力的发展奠定基础。
Based on the analysis of the problems identified in the teaching of medical cell biology, teaching reform was carried out in the following aspects: optimize teaching contents, add new technology experiments, be more supportive to experimental platforms, and modify the proportions of individual items assessed. The teaching procedures of medical cell biology have been reformed to construct a "scientific research ability oriented" talent training mode, which takes practical ability and scientific research quality as the core, and theoretical knowledge system, practical ability system, scientific research quality system and evaluation system as the driving force. The teaching reform aims to strengthen knowledge acquisition and skill training as well as develop practical ability and scientific research innovation ability in medical students.
