摘要
                
                    人才培养是一个具有连贯性的系统工程。在新高考改革的视域下,普通高中与大学有必要进一步积极探索“高大协同育人”机制,以体现人才培养的贯通性与融合性。由此,在阐释实施“高大协同育人”的必要性与明确其含义的基础上,总结国内“高大协同育人”的发展现状、既有经验及其面临的问题,并提出完善保障体系、构建培养体系、实现课程融合三个推进“高大协同育人”发展的实施路径。
                
                Talent development is a systems engineering.Under the background of the new college entrance examination,high school and university need to actively explore“High School and university cooperation education”.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the necessity of carrying out“High School and university cooperation education”,and clarify the meaning of“High School and university cooperation education”.Then,it analyzes the current situation of“High School and university cooperation education”from two aspects of the mature practice in advanced regions and the problems and challenges faced by“High School and university cooperation education”.Finally,it explores the path of“High School and university cooperation education”from three aspects:perfecting the guarantee system,constructing the training system and realizing the curriculum integration.
