摘要
探讨了1+X证书制度下高职焊接专业人才培养模式改革的研究背景,尝试将1+X特殊焊接技术职业技能等级证书的考核范围、面向岗位、技能要求、考核规范等融入到焊接专业的人才培养中,通过探索书证融通、核心工作岗位职能分析、深化“三教”改革、深入校企合作等内容,研究与实施了1+X证书制度下的人才培养模式。
Starting from the significance and necessity of implementing the 1+X certificate in vocational colleges,this paper probes into the research background and present situation of the reform of the training mode of welding talents in vocational colleges under the 1+X certificate system,attempting to integrate the assessment scope,post-oriented,skill requirements and assessment norms of 1+X professional skill level certificate of special welding technology into the training of welding professionals.By exploring the integration of certificates and certificates,analyzing the functions of core jobs,deepening the reform of“three education”and deepening the cooperation between schools and enterprises,this paper studies and implements the personnel training mode under the 1+Xcertificate system.
