摘要
面对课程体系改革中诸多新的问题与挑战,学分银行建设与“1+X”证书制度试点是当下高职院校教学改革的重要推手。在学分银行与“1+X”证书制度关联耦合下,明确课程改革的核心要素,以人才培养方案、现有实训资源、师资力量培养和结果应用等为原则,对机械类专业的课程体系进行了重构,形成多个“X”职业技能等级证书交叉融合的课程体系,实施模块化、层次化的课程计划安排,并对师资力量、教学资源建设等做出改革要求,以适应培养复合型技术技能人才,深化职业教育改革。
Faced with many new problems and challenges in curriculum system reform,credit bank construction and“1+X”certificate system pilot are the important impetus for teaching reform in higher vocational colleges at present.Under the correlation and coupling of credit bank and“1+X”certificate system,the core elements of curriculum reform are defined,and the curriculum system of mechanical specialties is reconstructed based on the principles of talent cultivation plan,existing training resources,teacher training and result application,forming a curriculum system of multiple“X”vocational skill level certificates.Implement modularized and hierarchical curriculum plan arrangement,and make reform requirements for the construction of teachers and teaching resources,so as to adapt to the training of compound technical talents and deepen vocational education reform.
