摘要
军民融合陆军装备维修保障体系是一个复杂系统,目前能力评估的指标体系和评估方法尚缺深入研究。应用德尔菲法,建立了军民融合陆军装备维修保障能力评估指标体系;针对赋权过程中存在的不确定性,运用改进群组层次分析法,改进熵权法以及博弈论方法进行主客观结合,确定指标权重;针对能力评估中决策信息的随机性、模糊性等问题,提出了基于云模型的军民融合陆军装备维修保障体系能力评估方法;最后,结合示例验证了所提出方法的可行性。
The army equipment maintenance support system based on military-civilian integration is a complex system.Currently there is lack of depth research on capability evaluation index systems and evaluation methods.The Delphi method is used to establish a capability evaluation index system of army equipment maintenance support based on Military-Civilian integration.To address the uncertainty in the weighting process,the improved group analytic hierarchy method,the improved entropy method,and the improved game theory method are used to make subjective and objective combination to confirm index weights.According to the randomness and ambiguity and other problems of decision-making information in capability evaluation,a cloud model-based evaluation method for army equipment maintenance support system based on military civilian integration is proposed.Finally,the feasibility of the proposed method is verified by examples.
