摘要
为适应陆军转型建设要求,确保部队成建制成体系形成作战和保障能力,通过分析新体制下陆军装备维修保障面临的形势任务,提出陆军装备维修保障体系建设的基本思路,并从组织管理体系、维修作业体系、力量编成体系和训练组织体系等4个方面提出加强陆军装备维修保障体系建设的建议。
In order to meet the requirements of army transformation and construction,and to ensure the formation of combat and support capabilities systematically,this paper firstly analyzes the situation and tasks faced by army equipment maintenance support under the new system.Then,it puts forward the basic ideas of army equipment maintenance support system construction.Finally,it proposes some suggestions for strengthening army equipment maintenance support system construction from following four aspects:organizational management system,maintenance operation system,power formation system,and training organization system.
