摘要
采用标准差化法和熵值法进行客观赋权,同时测算新疆2000—2018年的资源环境承载力、生态功能弹力与人类经济协调力三者之间的耦合性和生态承载力,对时间趋势变化及市域分布特征进行Arcgis可视化,深入探讨在特殊地理位置与生态特征的极大影响下,正确处理新疆农业经济持续协调发展问题。研究结果表明:新疆资源、环境和农业经济发展的耦合度极高,均在0.8以上,耦合协调性在0.7左右,可持续性偏弱,总体处于农业经济发展优先型。新疆资源环境承载力介于极不承载和弱承载之间,存在很大上升空间;生态功能弹力持续处于不稳定状态,生态环境恢复工作迫切且艰巨;人类经济协调力持续处于中压阶段,未与资源环境和生态功能形成良性循环;生态承载力整体上处于弱持续状态,生态系统的安全状况虽没有出现极不安全但整体一般。
The standard deviation method and entropy method are used for objective weighting,this paper measures the coupling and ecological carrying capacity among resource and environment carrying capacity,ecological function elasticity and human economic coordination capacity of Xinjiang from 2000 to 2018 at the same time,and the changes of time and city distribution characteristics are visualized by ArcGIS to solve problems of sustainable and coordinated development of Xinjiang's agricultural economy with the great influence of special geographical location and ecological characteristics.The research results showed that:(1)The coupling degree of Xinjiang's resources,environment,and agricultural economic development is all above 0.8.The coupling coordination is around 0.7,and the sustainability is weak,and it is generally the preferred agricultural economic development.(2)Xinjiang's resource and environmental carrying capacity lies between extremely no carrying and weak carrying capacity,and there is a lot of room for improvement;ecological function elasticity continues to be in an unstable state and ecological environment restoration is urgent and arduous;human economic coordination continues to be under medium pressure At this stage,it has not formed a virtuous circle with resources,environment and ecological functions;ecological carrying capacity is in a continuously weak state as a whole,and the security status of the ecosystem has not been extremely insecure but its overall situation is general.
