摘要
目的探讨对肾移植患者使用“互联网+”延续护理的效果。方法收集2017年1月至2020年8月42例肾移植患者,根据编号分组,研究组21例,采用“互联网+”延续护理,对照组21例,采用传统护理,对两组患者依从性、术后生活质量、并发症、SAS、SDS评分进行对比,以及评价两组护理满意度,肌酐、尿素氮水平。结果研究组依从性(90.48%)高于对照组(P<0.05),术后生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05),并发症、SAS(23.37±4.12)分和SDS(26.98±5.12)分均降低(P<0.05),护理满意度(95.24%)高于对照组(P<0.05),肌酐(102.36±25.53)μmol/L、尿素氮(4.06±1.14)mmol/L改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对肾移植患者使用“互联网+”延续护理可以改善患者肾脏功能,改善患者术后的不良情绪,提高患者用药、治疗、护理的依从性,降低患者移植后的并发症,提高患者的生活质量,护理效果显著,进而通过优质的服务,患者对护理得满意度提高,医患关系友好,具有临床应用的价值。
Objective To explore the effect of"Internet+"continuous nursing for the patients undergoing kidney transplant.Methods From January 2017 to August 2020,a total of 42 patients undergoing kidney transplant were collected,numbered and grouped.21 cases in the study group were given"Internet+"continuous nursing,and 21 cases in the control group was given conventional nursing.The patients′compliance,postoperative quality of life,complications,SAS and SDS scores were compared between the two groups,and the nursing satisfaction,creatinine and urea nitrogen levels were evaluated in both groups.Results Compared with the control group,in the study group,the compliance was 90.48%(P<0.05),the postoperative quality of life was excellent(P<0.05),complications,SAS(23.37±4.12)points,and SDS(26.98±5.12)points were reduced(P<0.05),nursing satisfaction was 95.24%(P<0.05),and creatinine(102.36±25.53)μmol/L and urea nitrogen(4.06±1.14)mmol/L were improved(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of"Internet+"continuous nursing for patients undergoing kidney transplant can improve patients'kidney function,improve the patient′s postoperative negative mood,and improve the patient′s compliance with medication,treatment,and nursing.It can also reduce the complications of patients after transplantation,improve the quality of life,and has significant nursing effects.Furthermore,through high-quality services,patients′satisfaction with nursing care is improved,and the doctor-patient relationship is friendly.Therefore,this method has a clinical application value.
