摘要
目的探讨“互联网+”延续护理在肾移植术后患者院外健康教育中的应用效果。方法选择2021年4月—2023年4月解放军联勤保障部队九六〇医院接收的78例肾移植术后患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组实施常规出院护理,观察组在此基础上实施“互联网+”延续护理。比较两组自我管理能力、依从性、心理状态、生活质量。结果护理后,观察组饮食管理、躯体活动管理、治疗管理、社会心理管理评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组免疫抑制药物依从性评估量表、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生理功能、心理功能、社会功能、治疗、总体生命质量评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾移植术后展开“互联网+”延续护理可提高患者的饮食、躯体活动、治疗、社会心理等方面自我管理能力,保持良好的免疫抑制药物用药依从性,而且平复患者的不良情绪,提高生活质量,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of"Internet+"extended nursing in out-of-hospital health education for patients after kidney transplantation.Methods A total of 78 patients receiving kidney transplantation in the 960 Hospital of PLA Joint Logistic Support Force from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group with 39 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group received routine discharge nursing,and the observation group received"Internet+"extended nursing on the basis of routine discharge nursing.Self-management ability,compliance,mental state and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the dietary management,physical activity management,treatment management,and social psychological management scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of the Immunosuppressive Drug Compliance Assessment Scale,Anxiety Self-Assessment Scale,and Depression Self-Assessment Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of physiological function,psychological function,social function,treatment,and overall quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion"Internet+"extended nursing after kidney transplantation can improve patients'self-management ability in diet,physical activity,treatment and social psychology,maintain good compliance with immunosuppressive drugs,relieve patients'bad mood and improve quality of life,which is worth promoting.
