摘要
目的探讨基于信息-动机-行为技巧(IMB)模型的药师干预对糖尿病患者慢病管理效果的影响.方法选取2019年1月—2021年6月本院收治的92例糖尿病患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组46例.对照组接受常规药师干预及医疗服务,观察组在对照组基础上接受基于IMB模型的药师干预,随访时间6个月.比较两组的治疗依从性、自我管理水平、血糖水平及血糖达标率.结果观察组的治疗总依从率为93.48%,高于对照组的73.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组的糖尿病患者自我管理行为量表评分为(61.20±7.51)分,高于对照组的(49.76±6.44)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组的血糖达标率为69.57%,高于对照组的43.48%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论基于IMB模型的药师干预能提高糖尿病患者的慢病管理效果,提升其治疗依从性及自我管理水平,有利于血糖的有效控制.
Objective To investigate the effect of pharmacist intervention based on information-motivation-behavior skills(IMB)model on chronic diisease management effect of diabetes patients.Methods A total of 92 diabetic patients admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 46 patients in each group.The control group received routine pharmacist intervention and medical services,and the observation group received pharmacist intervention based on IMB model on the basis of the control group.The follow-up time was 6 months.The treatment compliance,self-management level,blood glucose level and blood glucose compliance rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total compliance rate of the observation group was 93.48%,which was higher than 73.91%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the summary of diabetes self-care activities score of diabetic patients in the observation group was(61.20±7.51)points,which was higher than(49.76±6.44)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the blood glucose compliance rate of the observation group was 69.57%,higher than 43.48%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pharmacist intervention based on IMB model can improve the chronic disease management effect of diabetic patients,improve their treatment compliance and selfmanagement level,and is conducive to the effective control of blood glucose.
