The influence of hemolysis of blood specimens on the accuracy of blood biochemical test results

摘要 目的 探讨血液标本发生溶血对血液生化检验结果准确性的影响。方法 74例健康体检者,根据是否溶血分为溶血组和非溶血组,各37例。检测并比较两组生化指标[尿酸(UA)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、空腹血糖(GLU)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)]。结果 溶血组UA、AST、GLU、ALT水平分别为(379.54±13.55)mmol/L、(59.85±8.66)U/L、(7.59±1.56)mmol/L、(69.85±4.59)U/L,均高于非溶血组的(361.55±15.56)mmol/L、(42.52±7.54)U/L、(5.32±1.63)mmol/L、(54.25±4.58)U/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对受检者血液标本进行诊断时医务人员需要保障各项指标操作的准确性,降低溶血现象的发生率,以保证后续检验工作与治疗工作更为顺利的开展。 Objective To discuss the influence of hemolysis of blood specimens on the accuracy of blood biochemical test results.Methods A total of 74 healthy subjects were divided into hemolysis group and nonhemolysis group according to whether hemolysis occurred,with 37 cases in each group.The biochemical indicators[uric acid(UA),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),fasting blood glucose(GLU),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)]were tested and compared between the two groups.Results The levels of UA,AST,GLU,and ALT in the hemolysis group were(379.54±13.55)mmol/L,(59.85±8.66)U/L,(7.59±1.56)mmol/L,and(69.85±4.59)U/L,which were high than(361.55±15.56)mmol/L,(42.52±7.54)U/L,(5.32±1.63)mmol/L,and(54.25±4.58)U/L in the non-hemolytic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of patients,medical staff need to ensure the accuracy of various indexes and operation,and reduce the incidence of hemolysis,so as to ensure that subsequent inspections and treatments are carried out more smoothly.
