标本溶血对生化检验中电解质、心肌酶、肝功能、血脂水平的影响 被引量:1

Influence of Specimen Hemolysis on Levels of Electrolytes,Myocardial Enzymes,Liver Function and Blood Lipids in Biochemical Test

摘要 目的:分析标本溶血对生化检验中电解质、心肌酶、肝功能、血脂水平的影响。方法:选取2021年10月—2023年11月苏州市吴中区第二人民医院96名健康体检者作为研究对象,受检者均采集2份血液标本,按照标本处理方法分为两组,对照组无溶血操作,观察组实施溶血处理,两组进行生化检验。对比两组生化检验结果,包括钾离子、钙离子、氯离子、钠离子、肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、脑利钠肽(BNP)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、总胆红素(TBiL)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、总蛋白(TP)、直接胆红素(DBiL)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平。结果:观察组钾离子、钙离子、氯离子、cTnI、BNP、CK、CK-MB、TBiL、AST、ALT、TP、TG、TC水平高于对照组,DBiL水平低于对照组(P<0.001)。两组钠离子、HDL-C、LDL-C水平对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:标本溶血会影响生化检验中电解质、心肌酶、肝功能、血脂水平,为确保生化检验准确率,需要在标本处理时加强防范,避免出现溶血反应,影响临床诊疗工作的开展。 Objective:To analyze the influence of specimen hemolysis on the levels of electrolytes,myocardial enzymes,liver function and blood lipids in biochemical test.Methods:A total of 96 healthy examinees in Suzhou Wuzhong No.2 People's Hospital from October 2021 to November 2023 were selected as the study subjects.Two blood specimens were collected from each examinee and divided into two groups according to the specimen processing method.The control group did not undergo hemolysis treatment,while the observation group underwent hemolysis treatment.The biochemical test was performed in two groups.The biochemical test results of the two groups were compared,including potassium ions,calcium ions,chloride ions,sodium ions,troponin I(cTnI),brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),total bilirubin(TBiL),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),total protein(TP),direct bilirubin(DBiL),triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)levels.Results:The levels of potassium ions,calcium ions,chloride ions,cTnI,BNP,CK,CK-MB,TBiL,AST,ALT,TP,TG and TC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of DBiL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the levels of sodium ions,HDL-C and LDL-C between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Hemolysis of specimens can affect the levels of electrolytes,myocardial enzymes,liver function and blood lipids in biochemical test.In order to ensure the accuracy of biochemical test,it is necessary to strengthen prevention measures in specimen processing to avoid hemolytic reactions that may affect the development of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
