安徽高校社科科研效率评价及影响因素分析——基于公办与民办高校的对比分析 被引量:3

摘要 以安徽39所本科院校为对象,采用数据包络分析法(DEA)分析了社科科研综合技术效率、纯技术效率、规模效率和DEA超效率。研究发现安徽高校科研效率整体不高,校际差异显著,其中民办高校社科科研效率达到DEA有效的比例显著高于公办高校。经投影分析显示,产出不足是造成安徽高校社科科研效率不高的主因。回归分析表明,国际交流与合作、地区经济发展水平、教师博士比例对安徽公办和民办高校科研效率都有积极影响;地方财政科技、教育和文化支出对公办高校科研效率提升有积极影响,但是对民办高校没有影响;地区高校数量对公办和民办高校科研效率都没有显著影响。 Data envelopment analysis(DEA)is used to analyze the comprehensive technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency,scale efficiency and DEA super efficiency of social science research by taking 39 universities in Anhui Province as the research object.It is found that the overall scientific research efficiency of Anhui universities is not high,with significant inter-school differences.The proportion of social science research efficiency of private universities reaching DEA is significantly higher than that of public universities.The projection analysis shows that the lack of output is the main reason for the non-DEA efficiency of social science scientific research in Anhui universities.Regression analysis shows that international exchange and cooperation,regional economic development level and the proportion of doctors have a positive impact on the scientific research efficiency of public and private universities in Anhui Province;local financial expenditure on science and technology,education and culture has a positive impact on the improvement of scientific research efficiency of public colleges and universities,but has no impact on private universities;the number of regional universities has no significant impact on the scientific research efficiency of public and private universities.
