摘要
通过文献检索、走访调查及现存资料整理,分析京帮炮制技术形成背景、挖掘京帮炮制技术特色。从药业发展、宫廷文化、社会精细化分工等方面分析得出京帮炮制技术形成有着独特的历史背景和鲜明的地域特色,其具有切工精湛、方法多样、因时制宜、善用辅料的技术特色。通过对其整理、挖掘,可以为中药炮制技术的继承、创新、发展、推广提供参考。
This study aims at exploring the background and peculiarities of the processing techniques of Beijingfaction pharmacy by literature research,investigation,and data analysis.Based on the analysis of the development,the relationship with medicine preparation for royal court,and social division of labor in this sector,it was concluded the processing techniques of Beijing-faction pharmacy were born in a unique historical background with typical local characteristics.Besides making full use of adjuvants,they feature consummate slicing,diversification,and well-timed tailoring.This study is expected to serve as a reference for the inheritance,innovation,development,and promotion of processing techniques of Chinese medicine.
