摘要
1971年中国恢复在联合国的合法席位。50年来,中国积极参与联合国各领域的工作,为全球治理注入中国力量;以联合国为平台加强国际合作,在国际舞台上做出重要贡献;以联合国为平台分享中国的发展理念,创造性地提出许多有益的国际主张;注重维护联合国的权威,坚持主张通过和平方式解决国际争端。中国与联合国50年的主要经验有:坚持《联合国宪章》的宗旨和原则,坚持联合国在国际体系中的核心地位,坚持发展中国家的定位,坚持独立自主和平外交政策,高举多边主义旗帜。展望未来,中国的努力方向和着力点是:以联合国为平台继续提升参与全球治理能力,在联合国议题设置上提升话语权,在联合国推动国际发展与合作及解决热点问题时发挥建设性作用,加强理论研究并向联合国输送更多优秀人才。
In 1971,China resumed its legal seat in the United Nations.Over the past 50 years,China has actively participated in the work of the United Nations in various fields,injected Chinese power into global governance and used the United Nations as a platform to promote international cooperation.China has made important contributions on the international stage,used the United Nations as a platform to share China’s development concepts and creatively put forward many useful ideas,and focused on maintaining the authority of the United Nations and insist on the settlement of international disputes through peaceful means.The main experiences of China and the United Nations over the past 50 years which include adhering to the purposes and principles of the UN Charter,the core position of the UN in the international system,the position of a developing country,and an independent foreign policy of peace,and holding high the banner of multilateralism.Looking forward to the future,China’s efforts and focus are:continue to enhance its ability to participate in global governance,enhance its discourse power in the setting of United Nations issues,play a constructive role in the United Nations in promoting international development and cooperation as well as solving hotspot issues,and to strengthen theoretical innovation and send more talents to the United Nations.
