摘要
目的分析在慢性肾病肾性贫血的预测中实施血清甲状旁腺激素检验的效果。方法选取2018年11月-2020年8月该院收治的47例慢性肾病肾性贫血患者作为科研组,选取同期于该院进行体检的47名健康体检者作为常态组,检验两组甲状腺旁腺激素水平,并对检验结果进行比较分析。结果科研组血清甲状旁腺激素水平(67.24±1.28)pmol/L明显高于常态组(21.33±2.49)pmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=112.419,P<0.05);科研组患者CKD分期Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期患者甲状腺旁腺激素(56.24±1.49)pmol/L明显低于Ⅲ期(92.57±2.59)pmol/L、Ⅳ期(302.48±10.26)pmol/L、Ⅴ期(356.77±13.09)pmol/L患者,CKD分期Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期患者与Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期、Ⅴ期患者激素数据相比,差异有统计学意义(t=56.519、122.118、136.435,P<0.05)。结论在慢性肾病肾性贫血的预测中实施血清甲状旁腺激素检验能够取得较好效果,同时能够明确患者病变程度,推广应用价值较高。
Objective To analyze the effect of serum parathyroid hormone test in the prediction of renal anemia in chronic kidney disease. Methods 47 patients with chronic kidney disease and renal anemia treated in the hospital from November 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the scientific research group, and 47 healthy people who underwent physical examination in the hospital at the same time were selected as the normal group. The parathyroid hormone levels of the two groups were tested, and the test results were compared and analyzed. Results The level of serum parathyroid hormone in the scientific research group(67.24 ±1.28) pmol/L was significantly higher than that in the normal group(21.33±2.49) pmol/L, the difference was statistically significant(t=112.419, P< 0.05). The parathyroid hormone(56.24 ±1.49) pmol/L in patients with CKD stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ in the scientific research group was significantly lower than that in patients with CKD stage Ⅲ(92.57 ±2.59) pmol/L, phase Ⅳ(302.48±10.26) pmol/L and phase V(356.77±13.09)pmol/L, there was statistically significant difference in CKD stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ compared with stage Ⅲ, Ⅳand Ⅴ(t=56.519, 122.118, 136.435, P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of serum parathyroid hormone test in the prediction of renal anemia in chronic kidney disease can achieve better results. At the same time, it can clarify the degree of disease in patients, and it is of high value for promotion and application.
