摘要
药物治疗管理在美国已经实行十余年的时间,节约了大量的医疗费用,并已经获得美国政府的认可。近年来,随着患者对高质量医疗服务需求的提高,我国对药物治疗管理的关注度在逐渐提升。传统的药物治疗管理主要以面对面的药学服务为主。本研究将信息化手段同传统的面对面药学服务模式相结合,构建新型药物治疗管理的工作模式,并进行案例分析。利用信息化辅助手段对2型糖尿病患者进行药物治疗管理,可降低患者的血糖,提高患者的用药依从性,从而提高医院药学服务水平。
Medication therapy management has been implemented in the United States for more than ten years,saving a lot of medical expenses,and has been recognized by the US government.In recent years,as patients′demand for high-quality medical services has increased,my country′s attention to medication therapy management(MTM)has gradually increased.Traditional medication therapy management(MTM)is mainly based on face-to-face pharmaceutical services.This research combines information technology with the traditional face-to-face pharmacy service model to construct a new type of medication therapy management work model and conduct case analysis.The use of information-based auxiliary methods to manage medication therapy for patients with type 2 diabetes can lower the patient′s blood sugar,improve the patient′s medication compliance,and improve the level of hospital pharmacy services.
