摘要
目的探讨基于物联网技术的微信小程序对居家老年糖尿病患者血糖管理的应用效果。方法选取2021年7月—2022年7月岳阳市中心医院收治的114例老年糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照护理方法不同分为两组,各57例。对照组采用常规糖尿病护理,观察组应用基于物联网技术的微信小程序护理。比较两组血糖控制效果、自我管理能力及生存质量评分。结果干预后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平、生存质量评分均低于对照组,自我管理能力评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论采用微信小程序可有效帮助老年糖尿病患者居家血糖管理,降低其血糖水平,提升患者的自我管理能力及生活质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of WeChat mini program based on Internet of things technol-ogy on blood glucose management of elderly diabetic patients at home.Methods A total of 114 elderly diabetic pa-tients admitted to Yueyang Central Hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects and di-vided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 57 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine diabetes nursing,and the observation group was treated with WeChat mini program nursing based on Internet of things technology.The blood glucose control effect,self-management ability and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c levels and quality of life scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the self-management ability scores was higher than those of the control group,the dif-ferences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The use of WeChat mini program can effectively help elderly diabetic patients with home blood glucose management,reduce their blood glucose levels,and improve their self-management ability and quality of life.
