摘要
利用北方冬季简易温室,采用生态栽培的方法利用食用菌废弃菌渣进行再生产,并将生产剩余的杏鲍菇菌渣作为肥料用于蔬菜种植。结果显示,营养液组合1为最适组合配方。此研究既解决了杏鲍菇菌渣的处理问题、冬季温室闲置问题,又有效改善了温室内的土壤状况,实现了资源的循环利用和可持续发展。
The northern simple greenhouse was used for the reproduction of edible fungi waste residue by ecological cultivation methods,and the surplus Pleurotus eryngii chaff was used as fertilizer for vegetable planting.The results showed that combination 1 of nutrient solution was the most suitable combination formula.This research not only solved the problem of the treatment of P.eryngii slag and the problem of idle greenhouses in winter,but also effectively improved the soil conditions in the greenhouses,realized the recycling of resources and sustainable development.
