摘要
为研究腐熟后废弃菌渣对黄河三角洲盐碱地果园土壤环境质量的影响,通过田间试验比较不同用量的废弃菌渣对盐碱地苹果园的果品产量、品质及土壤肥力、微生物指标等的影响。结果表明,施用废弃菌渣后苹果产量增加20.66%~32.13%,VC含量增加46.81%~88.33%,可溶性固形物含量增加1.34~3.97个百分点,可溶性糖含量增加0.32~1.24个百分点,土壤碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾含量分别增加5.38%~26.76%、16.04%~22.98%、6.67%~16.42%,有机质增加0.05~0.18个百分点。表明施用菌渣能显著提升盐碱地果园产地环境质量,且利于提升果品产量及品质。
In order to study the influence of fermented waste mushroom residue on saline-alkali orchard soil environment of the Yellow River Delta,the effects of different amounts of fermented mushroom residue on fruit yield,quality,soil fertility and microbial indexes of apple orchards in saline-alkali land were compared through field experiment.The results showed that the application of fermented waste mushroom residue increased apple production by 20.66%~32.13%,VC content by 46.81%~88.33%,soluble solid content by 1.34~3.79 percentage points and soluble sugar by 0.32~1.24 percentage points;the soil alkali-hydrolysable nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium also increased by 5.38%~26.76%,16.04%~22.98%and 6.67%~16.42%respectively,and the organic matter increased by 0.05~0.18 percentage points.It was concluded that the application of fermented mushroom residue could significantly improve the environmental quality of saline-alkali orchards and was benefit to improving fruit output and quality.
