摘要中国共产党主要领导人的著作、政法工作负责人的著作和党的文件及组织机构史料是研究党的思想理论、法治建设最直接、最全面,也最基础的文献材料。党史和各种相关专门史不仅为法学教学和法学研究提供参照框架,而且有助于我们准确把握法学教学和学术研究应当坚持的基本原则。必须把学习党史和学习其他专门史有机结合起来,把创新中国特色社会主义法治理论研究建立在深入学习和研究党史的基础之上。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记对中国共产党自成立以来的法治建设作出大量论述,全面梳理了党团结带领中国人民在新民主主义革命时期、社会主义革命和建设时期、改革开放时期以及中国特色社会主义新时代法治建设的发展脉络,同时对党领导法治建设的经验和教训作出明确的概括和总结,并指明了今后必须坚持的方向。习近平法治思想是指导新时代法治实践、法学教育和法学研究的根本遵循和行动指南,必须长期坚持,不断丰富发展。 The works of the main leaders of the CPC,the works of the high officials in charge of the political and legal work,and the historical materials concerning the Party’s documents and organizations are the most direct,comprehensive and basic literature for studying the Party’s ideological theory and improving the rule of law.The Party history and various related special histories not only provide a reference framework for law teaching and law research,but also help us accurately grasp the basic principles that law teaching and academic research should adhere to.We must organically combine the study of Party history with the study of other special histories,and innovate the theoretical research on the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics on the basis of the in-depth study of Party history.Since the 18th CPC Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a great deal of expositions on the rule of law after the founding of CPC,and has comprehensively reviewed the development process of the CPC uniting with and leading the Chinese people in improving rule of law during the period of new democratic revolution,the period of socialist revolution and development,the period of reform and opening up and the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.At the same time,it has clearly summarized and concluded on the experience and lessons of the Party’s leadership in the development of rule of law,and has pointed out the direction that must be adhered to in the future.Xi Jinping’s rule of law thought is a fundamental principle and action plan for guiding the practice of rule of law,law education and law research in the new era,so it must be followed for a long time and be constantly developed and enriched.
