摘要
文章依据社会交换和自我决定等理论,采用层次回归和Bootstrap等方法,分析和探讨了动态环境下正念型领导对员工工作绩效的影响机制。研究表明:正念型领导对员工工作绩效有显著正向影响;组织韧性在两者之间起部分中介作用;心理资本正向调节正念型领导与组织韧性的关系,并进一步调节组织韧性在正念型领导与员工工作绩效间的中介效应。该研究对企业如何发挥领导效能以应对危机、提高员工工作绩效具有一定的指导意义。
Based on the theories of social exchange and self-determination,this paper analyzes and discusses the impact mechanism of mindfulness leadership on employees’ work performance in dynamic environment by using the methods of hierarchical regression and bootstrap.The research shows that mindfulness leadership has a significant positive impact on employees’ work performance;organizational resilience plays a partial mediating role between them;psychological capital positively moderates the relationship between mindfulness leadership and organizational resilience,and further moderates the mediating effect of organizational resilience between mindfulness leadership and employees’ work performance.This study has certain guiding significance for enterprises to give full play to leadership effectiveness to deal with crisis and improve employees’ work performance.
