摘要
研究我国煤炭企业组织韧性对于煤炭企业风险管理具有重大的理论和现实意义。从计划性和适应性2个视角,构建企业组织韧性评价指标体系;并以煤炭行业为例进行应用分析,运用主成分分析法,得出其计划性组织韧性、适应性组织韧性以及组织韧性综合评价结果。同时运用方差分析方法,从人口统计学特征和工作特征视角,揭示某煤炭企业2种组织韧性评价的异质性。研究结果显示,我国煤炭企业的组织韧性综合评分较高;我国煤炭企业计划性组织韧性和适应性组织韧性在员工年龄、职位级别上存在显著性差异,且计划性组织韧性均值高于适应性组织韧性。因此,管理者应该注重适应性组织韧性培养和投资,进而提升煤炭企业应对危机并快速恢复的能力。
It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the organizational resilience of coal enterprises for their risk management.In this paper,from the perspectives of planning and adaptability,the enterprise organizational resilience evaluation index system is constructed,and the coal industry is taken as an example for application analysis.The principal component analysis method is used to obtain the comprehensive evaluation results of planned organizational resilience,adaptive organizational resilience and organizational resilience,and the variance analysis method is used.The heterogeneity of two kinds of organizational resilience evaluation in a coal enterprise is revealed from the perspectives of demographic characteristics and work characteristics.The results show that the comprehensive score of organizational resilience of Chinese coal enterprises is higher;there are significant differences between planned organizational resilience and adaptive organizational resilience in coal enterprises in terms of employee age and position level,and the mean value of planned organizational resilience is higher than that of adaptive organizational resilience.Therefore,managers should pay attention to the adaptability of organizational resilience training and investment,so as to improve the ability of coal enterprises to cope with the crisis and recover quickly.
