摘要
目的采用麻醉药品账册电子化登记,使麻醉药品的专用账册、专册登记更加规范化和效率化,提高"五专"管理水平,药师可以更好地管理医院麻醉科麻醉药品。方法手术药房对麻醉科2017年10月~2018年9月使用的麻醉药品实行手工登记账册(对照组),对麻醉科2018年10月~2019年9月使用的麻醉药品实行电子化登记账册(实验组),收集两组的相关数据,对比两组之间的登记耗时以及差错率,判断电子化账册的可行性。结果药师手工登记账册平均使用时间为(24.41±1.23)min,而电子化登记账册所用时间为(5.37±0.23)min,电子化登记节省了约78%的时间,并且电子化账册组的日期、批号、药品数量、患者信息错误数量都有了显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麻醉药品账册电子化登记管理可以有效减少药师登记耗时,增加了麻醉药品账册的规范性和准确率,更符合麻醉药品的"五专"管理要求,药师的工作效率进一步提高,可以更好的管理麻醉科麻醉药品。
Objective To adopt electronic registration of account book of narcotic drugs to make the special account book of narcotic drugs and registration of special account books more standardized and efficient,and to improve the level of’five special’management,so that pharmacists can better manage narcotic drugs in the department of anesthesiology of hospitals.Methods The operation pharmacy implemented manual registration account book(the control group)for the narcotic drugs used in the department of anesthesiology from October 2017 to September 2018,and electronic registration account book(the experimental group)for the narcotic drugs used in the department of anesthesiology from October 2018 to September 2019.The relevant data of the two groups were collected,and the registration time and error rate were compared between the two groups for the feasibility of electronic account book to be judged.Results The average time for pharmacists to manually register account books was(24.41±1.23)min,while the time consumed for electronic registration of account books was(5.37±0.23)min.The electronic registration saved about 78%of the time,and the errors of date,batch numbers,the quantity of drugs and patient information in the electronic account book group were significantly reduced,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The electronic registration and management of account book of narcotic drugs can effectively reduce the registration time for pharmacists and improve the standardization and accuracy of account book of narcotic drugs.They conform to the requirement of’five special’management of narcotic drugs more.With further improved work efficiency,pharmacists can manage narcotic drugs of the department of anesthesiology better.
