摘要
目的:探讨基于全科医生岗位需求的案例教学法(CBL)在高职临床医学专业教学中的应用。方法:全科医生对临床能力的要求较高。为了提升高职临床医学专业的教学效果,激发学生参与教学的热情,在内科学课程中采用案例教学法(CBL),准备多媒体临床案例资料,设计与之相关的问题,引导并启发学生围绕病例展开小组讨论。将此讨论式教学的学生成绩进行统计,与传统教学方法的成绩进行卡方检验。结果:采用CBL教学法的学生,成绩显著提升。结论:CBL教学法能增强临床医学专业全科医科生的教学效果,经过职业教育CBL教学法的学生更符合全科医学岗位要求。
Objective:To discuss the application of case-based learning(CBL)teaching based on the needs of general practitioners in the teaching of clinical medicine in higher vocational colleges.Methods:General practitioners were required to have high clinical skills.In order to improve the teaching effect of clinical medicine in higher vocational colleges and stimulate students’enthusiasm for teaching,CBL was adopted in internal medicine courses.Multimedia clinical case materials were prepared,and related questions were designed to guide and inspire students to conduct group discussions around the case.The students’scores of this discussion-style teaching were counted,and the Chi-square test was performed with the scores of traditional teaching methods.Results:The scores of students who adopted the CBL teaching method improved significantly.Conclusion:The CBL teaching method can enhance the teaching effect of general medicine students in clinical medicine,and the students who have passed the vocational education CBL teaching method are more in line with the requirements of general medicine positions.
