摘要
提高了高职临床医学专业内科学的教学效果,提高了临床专业学生临床思维能力及岗位胜任力。对照组采用讲授法联合讨论法的教学模式,实验组采用工作过程系统化为导向、信息化教学为载体的教学模式,对两组学生的内科学学习成绩、量表得分进行对比。结果显示:学生实验组内科学考试成绩、批判性思维量表得分及自主学习能力量表得分均高于对照组,实验组中90.65%的学生对改革后的课程表示满意,满意度高于对照组。以工作过程系统化为导向的“内科学”课程教学模式,有利于培养临床医学专业学生的临床思维,可以达到更好的教学效果。
It improves the teaching effect of internal medicine of clinical medicine specialty in higher vocational colleges,and improves the clinical thinking ability and job competence of clinical students.The control group adopted the teaching mode of lecturing and facilitating related discussions,and the experimental group adopted the teaching mode of work process systematization as the guidance and information-based teaching as the carrier.The scores of internal medicine learning and scale scores of the two groups were compared.The results showed that the students’scores of internal medicine examination,critical thinking scale and autonomous learning ability scale in the experimental group are higher than those in the control group.And 90.65%of the students in the experimental group were satisfied with the reformed curriculum,and their satisfaction was higher than that in the control group.The teaching mode of“internal medicine”guided by the systematization of working process is conducive to cultivating the clinical thinking of clinical medical students,and can achieve better teaching effect.
