摘要
以现代学徒制相关理论研究为基础,对当前皮革人才培养模式中存在的问题进行分析,探讨新型皮革人才培养模式构建要点,为高等院校皮革人才培养提供理论参考.通过对当前高等院校皮革人才培养模式中现代学徒制应用偏差进行深入分析,导出新型皮革人才培养模式构建的基本路径.通过研究发现,现代学徒制在皮革人才培养模式中的应用和完善,需要政府、学校、企业层面的全方位参与,需要坚持学生主体地位,根据具体实施情况进行动态性优化.
Based on the relevant theoretical research of modern apprenticeship, the problems existing in the current leather talent training mode were analyzed, and the key points of the construction of a new leather talent training mode was discussed, so as to provide theoretical reference for leather talent training in colleges and universities.Through the in-depth analysis of the application deviation of modern apprenticeship in the current leather talent training mode in colleges and universities, the basic path for the construction of a new leather talent training mode was derived.Through the research, it is found that the application and improvement of modern apprenticeship in leather talent training mode requires the all-round participation of the government, schools and enterprises, adhere to the main position of students, and dynamically optimize according to the specific implementation.
