摘要
针对国内外新能源行业的快速发展,高职院校太阳能类专业人才的培养与企业需求不匹配、校企深度合作等问题亟待解决。酒泉职业技术学院太阳能类专业群依托甘肃省新能源职教集团、甘肃省太阳能发电系统工程重点实验室,组建了太阳能类专业技术委员会,深入开展“产教融合、校企合作”育人模式的探索,在教学团队广泛调研的基础上,构建了以能力为本位的“1+X”证书制度的模块化课程体系,形成了基于“产教融合、校企合作”的三段进阶人才培养模式,全面提升了太阳能类专业群的人才培养质量和社会服务能力。
In view of the rapid development of new energy industry at home and abroad,the training of solar energy professionals in higher vocational colleges does not match the needs of enterprises,and the deep cooperation between universities and enterprises needs to be solved urgently,the Solar Energy Specialty Group of Jiuquan Vocational and Technical College,relying on Gansu New Energy Vocational Education Group and Gansu solar power generation systems engineering,has set up a solar energy specialty technical committee to carry out the integration of production and education,on the basis of extensive investigation and research by teaching team,a modularized course system of 1+x certificate system based on ability is constructed,based on integration of Industry and education,school-enterprise cooperation,a three-stage advanced talent training model has been formed,and the quality of talent training and social service ability of Solar Energy Specialty Group has been comprehensively improved.
