摘要
目的探讨早期针灸、穴位按摩联合康复训练对急性缺血性脑卒中患者肢体功能的影响。方法随机选取2019年8月—2020年8月收治的80例急性缺血性脑卒中患者,并将其均分为试验组(40例)和常规组(40例)。其中对常规组患者采取康复训练,而试验组患者则在前者基础上采取早期针灸及穴位按摩,评估并比较2组干预效果。结果干预后,试验组患者治疗总有效率显著高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与常规组相比,试验组患者Fugl-Meyer评分(FMA)、改良Barthel指数(MBI)及脑卒中专用生活质量量表(SS-QOL评分)明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与单纯康复训练相比,同时予以急性缺血性脑卒中患者早期针灸及穴位按摩可有效改善其肢体功能,并提高临床疗效。
Objective To explore the effect of early acupuncture and moxibustion and acupoint massage combined with rehabilitation training on limb function in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were randomly selected and divided into the experimental group(n=40)and the conventional group(n=40).Patients in the conventional group were given rehabilitation training,while patients in the experimental group were given early acupuncture and acupoint massage on the basis of the former.The intervention effects of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results After intervention evaluation,the effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group,and there had statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the conventional group,FMA(Fugl-Meyer score),MBI(improved Barthel Index)and SS-QOL score(stroke Specific Quality of Life Scale)in the experimental group were significantly higher,and there had statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with simple rehabilitation training,early acupuncture and acupoint massage can effectively improve the limb function of patients with acute ischemic stroke and improve the clinical effect.
