摘要
目的分析探究肩痛穴平衡针灸治疗对偏瘫性肩关节周围炎患者预后的改善价值和效果。方法在2018年6月-2021年6月选择72例偏瘫性肩关节周围炎患者展开分析,严格根据随机数字表法分为观察组(肩痛穴平衡针灸)和对照组(常规针灸),各36例,治疗1个月后针对VAS、ADL以及生活质量评分、治疗总有效率四项观察指标进行比较。结果治疗前两组VAS和ADL、SF-36评分无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组VAS评分较对照组低,但ADL及SF-36评分较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为97.22%(35/36),对照组治疗总有效率为75.00%(27/36),综合比较下差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为偏瘫性肩关节周围炎的患者实施肩痛穴平衡针灸进行治疗较之常规针灸而言,具有极高的临床应用价值,其对于改善患者临床症状,缓解其疼痛感受,提高生活自理能力均具有重要的现实意义,进一步提高患者生活舒适度,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze and explore the value and effect of acupuncture treatment of shoulder pain points in improving the prognosis of patients with hemiplegic frozen shoulder.Methods Select 72 patients with hemiplegic frozen shoulder for analysis.According to the random number table,they were divided into observation group(balanced acupuncture for shoulder pain)and control group(conventional acupuncture),with 36 cases in each group.After one month of treatment,VAS,ADL,quality of life score and total effective rate were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS,ADL,and SF-36 scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group had a lower VAS score than the control group,but the ADL and SF-36 scores were higher than the control group.The difference is statistically significant Scientific significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.22%(35/36),and the total effective rate in the control group was 75.00%(27/36).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional acupuncture and moxibustion,shoulder pain balancing acupuncture for patients with hemiplegic frozen shoulder has extremely high clinical application value.It can improve the patient’s clinical symptoms,relieve the patient’s pain,and improve the patient’s ability to take care of themselves.All have important practical significance,further improve the comfort of patients’lives,and are worthy of popularization and application.
