摘要
目的分析中医针灸治疗脑卒中后偏瘫的临床疗效。方法选取2017年6月-2021年6月收治的60例脑卒中后偏瘫患者作为研究对象,根据随机抽签法将患者分为两组并实施不同康复治疗方案,其中接受常规康复训练的30例患者进入对照组,30例接受康复训练联合针灸治疗的患者进入观察组,对比两组临床疗效、治疗前后肌张力变化、生活能力评分及肢体功能评分。结果治疗后,观察组肘屈肌、腕屈肌、踝屈肌、膝伸肌的肌张力评分均较对照组进一步下降,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组FMA、BI评分均较治疗前上升,且观察组FMA、BI评分均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在常规康复治疗基础上联合中医针灸治疗脑卒中偏瘫可取得较满意效果,有利于提升近期疗效,在短期内改善患者肌张力及神经功能,有利于提升患者日常生活能力及生活质量,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke.Methods Sixty patients with post-stroke hemiplegia admitted from June 2017 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into two groups according to the random lottery method and implemented different rehabilitation treatment plans.Among them,30 patients who received routine rehabilitation training entered the control group,30 patients who received rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture and moxibustion entered the observation group.The clinical efficacy,changes in muscle tension before and after treatment,life ability scores and limb function scores were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the muscle tension scores of elbow flexor,wrist flexor,ankle flexor,and knee extensor in the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the FMA and BI scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the FMA and BI scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combining traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion to treat stroke hemiplegia on the basis of conventional rehabilitation treatment can achieve satisfactory results,which will help improve the short-term curative effect,improve the patient’s muscle tone and neurological function in the short term,and help improve the patient’s ability of daily living and quality of life.It is worthy of promotion.
