摘要
高等学校教师教学能力是高质量课堂教学的根本保证,并严重影响高等学校人才培养质量。通过对高等中医药院校教师教学能力的现状分析,针对目前教师教学能力提升培训模式的困境,指出自主学习和教学反思是教师教学能力提升的首要前提,认为健全的管理考核制度是教师教学能力提升培训模式成功的重要保障,提出积极开展“互联网+”教师培训模式是提升教师教学能力的发展路径。教师教学能力提升培训应开放教师网络在线学习平台,实现教师教学能力提升的传统培训模式和“互联网+”教师培训模式的有机结合。
The teaching ability of teachers in colleges and universities is the fundamental guarantee of high quality classroom teaching,and seriously affect the quality of talent training in institutions of higher learning.By analyzing the teaching ability of teachers in TCM colleges and universities,in response to the current dilemma of the training model for improving the teaching ability of teachers,it is pointed out that independent learning and teaching reflection are the primary prerequisites for teachers to improve their teaching ability,it is considered that a sound management assessment system is an important guarantee for the success of the training model of improving teachers’teaching ability.This paper proposes that actively developing the“internet plus”teacher training model is the development path to improve teachers’teaching ability.The online learning platform for teachers should be opened up for the training of improving teachers’teaching ability,and the organic combination of the traditional training model of improving teachers'teaching ability and the“internet plus”teacher training model should be realized.
