摘要
"一带一路"建设对人才的迫切需求,对南疆高校教学质量提出了更高的要求,科学合理的评价体系,可评估高校教师教学能力,精确定位并解决教学环节的存在问题,以期实现高校教学水平得到新的飞跃。现基于美国高校优秀成果和冰山理论模型,以南疆三所普通高等本科院校为例,运用层次分析法对问卷走访结果进行数据处理,建立了一套更具精细化、科学化、实效化特点,适用于南疆高校教师教学能力的评价体系及评价细则。评价体系以"学生"作为评价主体,以"教师"课堂表现作为评价依据,以"评价调查问卷"作为评价形式,包括2个一级指标、5个二级指标和30个三级指标。
" One belt,one road" construction had urgent demand for talents,which had put forward higher requirements for the teaching quality of universities in south Xinjiang.A scientific and reasonable evaluation system can evaluate the teaching ability of university teachers,accurately locate and solve the problems in teaching links,so as to achieve a new leap in the teaching level of universities.Take three ordinary universities in southern Xinjiang as an example,The American university outstanding achievements and the iceberg theory model based on AHP on the questionnaire results through data processing,establishes a set of evaluation of the teaching ability of university teachers more meticulous and scientific and effective evaluation system and rules.The evaluation system of taking the students as the main evaluation,based on the teacher classroom performance evaluation as the basis,to the questionnaire and evaluation as evaluation form,including2 level indicators,5 level two indexes and 30 level three indexes.According to the evaluation system,it can scientifically evaluate the teaching ability of college teachers,and accurately locate and solve the problems in teaching,so as to achieve a new leap in the level of teaching in Colleges and universities.
