摘要
目的:探讨点阵Er:YAG激光联合克痤隐酮凝胶治疗面部寻常痤疮的疗效。方法:选择2019年8月-2020年8月笔者医院就诊的114例面部寻常痤疮患者为研究对象,予以随机数字表法分为对照组(点阵Er:YAG激光)57例和观察组(点阵Er:YAG激光联合克痤隐酮凝胶)57例,记录两组患者临床疗效,比较两组患者治疗前、后皮肤生理指标变化,记录两组患者红斑持续时间、炎性渗出消退时间、愈合时间及不良反应情况。结果:对照组总有效率82.46%,观察组总有效率94.73%,对照组疗效显著低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组红斑持续时间、炎性渗出消退时间、愈合时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后皮肤皮脂分泌量低于对照组,皮肤水分含量、pH值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访3个月,对照组4例出现皮肤干燥,持续性红斑、水肿各3例,1周内自行消退,2例患者术后感染,观察组2例出现皮肤干燥,持续性红斑、水肿各1例,无术后感染,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:点阵Er:YAG激光联合克痤隐酮凝胶治疗面部寻常痤疮效果显著,能明显恢复患者皮肤屏障功能,美容效果较好。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of dot Er:YAG laser combined with keketunketone gel in the treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods From August 2019 to August 2020,114 patients with acne vulgaris were randomly divided into control group(dot Er:YAG laser),57 cases,observation group(57 cases of dot Er:YAG laser combined with keketuketone gel),the clinical efficacy of two groups were recorded,the changes of skin physiological indexes before and after treatment in two groups were compared,and two groups were recorded.The duration of erythema,the regression time of inflammatory exudation,the healing time and the adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 82.46%,and the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.73%.The curative effect of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05).The erythema duration,inflammatory exudation regression time and healing time in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sebum secretion of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the skin moisture content and pH value were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,4 cases in the control group had dry skin,3 cases with persistent erythema and 3 cases with edema,which subsided within 1 week,2 cases of postoperative infection,and 2 cases of observation group had dry skin,1 case of persistent erythema and 1 case of edema respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dot Er:YAG laser combined with ketone concealed ketone gel is effective in treating facial acne.It significantly restores skin barrier function and has good cosmetic effect.
