基于扎根理论的世界技能大赛金牌选手核心素养分析 被引量:4

Analysis on the Core Competencies of Gold Medalists in the WorldSkills Competition Based on Grounded Theory

摘要 为深入研究世界技能大赛金牌选手的核心素养,进一步弘扬工匠精神,助推我国高技能人才队伍建设高质量发展,采用扎根理论质性研究方法和Nvivo12软件对我国参加世界技能大赛10年来的43名金牌选手的46篇成长故事类文本进行分析。经过开放式、主轴式和选择式三级编码,最终形成了由“匠人精神”“竞技能力”“行为习惯”3个主题范畴和10个初级范畴、25个基本概念组成的世界技能大赛金牌选手核心素养理论模型。该模型中,匠人精神是动力因素,对竞技能力的提升和行为习惯的养成起引领作用;竞技能力是结果因素,是影响竞赛成绩的关键因素;行为习惯是表现因素,是工匠精神和竞技能力的现实表现。 In order to further study the core competencies of the gold medalists in the WorldSkills Competition,and further promote the craftsman’s spirit and the cultivation of high-skilled talents in China,this paper used the grounded theory,a qualitative research method,and NVivo12 to analyze 46 growth stories of 43 gold medalists in the WorldSkills Competition in the last decade.After the three-phase coding of open coding,axial coding,and selective coding,we obtained the structure model of the core competencies of the gold medalists in the WorldSkills Competition.The structure model contains three thematic categories including the craftsman’s spirit,competitive abilities and habits,accompanied by ten primary categories and 25 basic concepts.In this model,the craftsman’s spirit is the driving factor,which plays a leading role in the promotion of competitive abilities and the formation of habits.The competitive abilities are the result factor,which is the key factor affecting the competition results.The habits constitute the performance factor,and are the realistic expression of the craftsman’s spirit and competitive abilities.
