摘要
文章从营商环境的"门槛效应"出发,研究企业家精神与企业全要素生产率的关系。基于2020年我国35个大中城市的上市公司数据,构建企业家精神和营商环境的衡量指标体系进行实证分析,结果表明:企业家精神对企业全要素生产率的影响存在营商环境的门槛效应;企业家精神在营商环境的作用下对企业全要素生产率的影响存在产业类型、所有权类型和区域分布的异质性,高技术企业、非国有企业和东部沿海地区企业的企业家精神对企业全要素生产率的影响要大于一般企业、国有企业和中西部内陆地区企业。
Starting from the threshold effect of business environment, this paper studies the relationship between entrepreneurship and total factor productivity. Based on the data of listed companies in 35 large and medium-sized cities in China in 2020,the paper constructs the measure index system of entrepreneurship and business environment for empirical analysis. The results show that there is a threshold effect of business environment in the influence of entrepreneurship on total factor productivity, that the influence of entrepreneurship on total factor productivity under the effect of business environment is different in industry type,ownership type and regional distribution, and that the influence of entrepreneurship on total factor productivity of high-tech enterprises, non-state-owned enterprises and enterprises in eastern coastal areas is greater than that of general enterprises, stateowned enterprises and enterprises in central and western inland areas.
